Diversity Data
The Solicitors Regulation Authority requires firms to collect, report and publish workforce diversity data every two years.
During July 2023, mis-selling.co.uk invited all employees and partners to take part in an anonymous SRA diversity survey. This enabled the firm to undertake diversity monitoring of all of the employees. At the time of the survey, mis-selling.co.uk had 9 employees, 9 of which responded.
The data is collected, analysed and published in line with the SRA's regulatory requirements. Individual responses remain anonymous and are aggregated for reporting purposes only.
